A resident of Port Perry, Ontario, for 52 years, June has developed a style of painting that reflects her love of “a room with a view.” To share the passion with the viewer she works with a wide variety of water media.
For the past 21 years, during the winter months, June has participated in the Florida art community. The beautiful Florida landscapes and seascapes are reflected in the rich glowing colors she chooses to use. At present, she happily spends the winter in Palm Harbor, where she has enjoyed participating in workshops and activities with many fine artist friends of Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs.
June paints at her studio home “The Cedar Loft” during the summer months. She enjoys all media: watercolor, acrylics, mixed media, and collage. She paints florals, landscapes, and abstracts to keep things interesting.
June is a member of the Palm Harbor Art Club, the Tarpon Springs Art Association, the Oshawa Art Association, the Port Perry Artists’ Association and the Scugog Council for the Arts.
