As an engineer, Ljuba has been familiar with drawing but since the 70's she has been doing work in sculpting and stained glass. During the last five years, she has been painting predominantly in acrylics, producing both realistic and abstract paintings. She has exhibited extensively in Canada in Burlington, Toronto, Hamilton and Oakville and in Florida in Port Richey and Tarpon Springs where at the Annual Tarpon Cove Art Show in 2011 and 2014 she received The People's Choice Awards (acrylics) and in 2012 a Second Place for her mixed media work. |
